Zest Café was established in December 2005 by Nicola Lynch. Nicola’s interest in food and entertainment is well founded in that her parents own the renowned Nicks restaurant on the other side of town and her sister also runs Sol y Sombra tapas bar .
Zest is open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. It is also available for private hire in the evenings. It has been used for special events such as birthday parties, fashion shows, fancy dress, single nights and speed dating in recent times. Special menus can be adapted to meet with the clients individual requirements for private hire events.
